Welcome to Hawk Fences of Raleigh (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide fence consultation, design, installation, and related contracting services across Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. Some parts of the sales process, including estimates and scheduling, may be conducted remotely.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Consultations

Estimates may be provided via phone, email, or virtual consultations. By submitting your contact information, you agree to be contacted by Hawk Fences via SMS, phone call, or email for appointment reminders, updates, and marketing.

3. Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

  • By opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge:
  • You are the authorized user of the phone number provided.
  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • You may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and promotional messages.
  • You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance.

We comply with all SMS regulations under the A2P 10DLC framework and will not send spam or unrelated marketing communications.

4. Warranties

Warranties vary by fence material and installation scope. We provide clear documentation on applicable warranties and exclusions. Clients must follow maintenance guidelines to remain eligible for any warranty coverage.

5. Payments

All payments must be made according to the terms on your invoice. We accept credit/debit cards, electronic checks, and Zelle transfers. A finance charge may apply to past-due balances. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 3 business days’ notice for cancellations or reschedules of installation appointments. A fee may apply for last-minute changes. Custom orders may be subject to restocking or fabrication penalties.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hawk Fences of Raleigh is not liable for indirect damages, including those arising from delays, property conditions not disclosed by the client, or misuse of installed fencing.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services or website implies your acceptance of any modifications.
